A Key Component for Efficient Heat Transfer

The performance of a heat exchanger depends heavily on its tubes. Tube material, shape, diameter, and arrangement all affect heat transfer and fluid resistance. We produce two main types: U-shaped tubes and floating coils. They are used in water supply and drainage, HVAC systems, district heating, power generation, chemical processing, and food and pharmaceutical equipment.

Our U-shaped tubes are formed with CNC bending equipment in one operation. This reduces the number of tube joints and lowers the risk of leakage. We offer both smooth U-tubes and bellows U-tubes. Smooth tubes provide lower flow resistance, while bellows tubes create more turbulence and help reduce scale buildup.

Floating Coil Design for Better Heat Transfer

A floating coil has one fixed end and one free end. As the heating medium flows through the coil, the tube can move slightly during operation. This movement disturbs the water around the tube and improves heat transfer. Repeated thermal expansion and contraction can also loosen scale deposits on the tube surface. The deposits can then fall away during operation.

The floating structure also helps absorb thermal expansion and reduce stress on the tube bundle. T2 copper offers high thermal conductivity and works well in HVAC and domestic hot water applications. SUS304 stainless steel is suitable for general industrial and commercial systems. For chloride-rich water, coastal projects, and demanding chemical or pharmaceutical applications, SUS316L provides better corrosion resistance.

Our factory has 24 years of experience in heat exchange tube production. We use CNC bending machines, bellows forming equipment, and dedicated inspection tools. Each batch is checked before shipment to verify dimensions, forming quality, and surface condition.
